As part of the development of our business, we are looking for a Communications and Trade Marketing Manager, who will work directly with the sales and product marketing teams, and report to the Group Communications Manager.
Your main mission?
Deploy an effective trade marketing strategy, develop our brands' communication media, and create a differentiating customer experience at the point of sale.
Missions :
1. Product development and branding
Creation of packaging and point-of-sale displays: from design to delivery
Monitoring of stocks and associated budgets
Organization and management of photo/video shoots: brief, production, graphic follow-up
Collaboration with licenses to ensure consistent brand communication
Management of specific requests
2. Sales operations
Suggest promotional operations (gifts, events)
Coordination with sales management and product managers
3. Customer experience
Deployment of actions to promote our brands at the point of sale
Creation of dedicated media (animations, visual tools, customer gifts)
4. Production of visual content
Planning, production and distribution of visuals
Interface between sales and creative studio
Production budget monitoring
5. Digital communication
Briefs for email campaigns
Participation in editorial planning for social networks
Monitoring the production of digital content
Profile required
Strong interest in fashion, design and visual trends
Good knowledge of digital tools (social networks, emailing, AI...)
Solid experience in 360° project management
Sense of customer service and results-oriented culture (ROI)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
