Collection Development and Management Coordinator, Small Price Frames Universe M/F

What we offer:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working in tandem with the Petits Prix Product Manager, you will be at the heart of the development and promotion of our collections. You will oversee operational coordination between in-house teams, suppliers and partners, to bring our new creations to life, while ensuring smooth and rigorous management of existing collections.

Your tasks :

Coordination of product development:
- Manage exchanges with factories: send concepts, receive technical drawings, monitor purchase prices, coordinate sample development.
- Prepare orders for new products (product selections, marking instructions, quantities).
- Monitor product reception stages: samples, pre-productions, commercial sets, inventories.

Launch follow-up:
- Liaise between communications and sales to ensure successful launches (shootings, catalogs, publications).
- Participate in the creation of presentation materials (sales pitches, product presentations, seminars, etc.).

Offer management support:
- Carry out market watches and competitive analyses.
- Identify suitable products according to needs (customers, press, web, trade shows, etc.).
- Contribute to the validation of sales and marketing materials (catalogs, website, sales pitches).
- Centralize and distribute all product information (features, prices, after-sales service, etc.).

The profile we're looking for:
- Bac+2/3 in product marketing, design, production management or equivalent.
- First experience in product development, ideally in eyewear, accessories or textiles.

Technical skills :
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced level essential).
- Knowledge of Illustrator or comfortable with vector files (a plus).
- Fluent professional English (regular relations with international suppliers).

Remuneration: €30,000.00 to €33,000.00 per annum
