Opal is looking for a full-time Export Sales Manager on permanent contract.
Your main mission:
As an Export Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing all stages of product import and processing. You will be entrusted with missions in the following areas:
- Order entry
- Preparation of pro-formas
- Direct communication with customers (availability, after-sales service, product characteristics, etc.)
- Preparation of shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list, shipping labels)
- Responding to the specific needs of each country (Certificate of origin, Invoice, HS codes, MADE IN)
- Follow-up of order preparation in collaboration with logistics
- Resolve claims-related disputes
- Dispatch and management of customer samples
- Follow-up of customer payments in the event of delays
- Management of CROSS TRADE shipments (if applicable)
- Participation in monitoring subsidiaries' activity (if applicable)
- Participation in two optical trade fairs during the year
Skills required:
- 2 years' higher education in international trade
- Fluency in ENGLISH, SPANISH and/or ITALIAN
- Similar export experience recommended
- Knowledge of international regulations and customs formalities
- Good customer relations
- Good command of office automation tools, ideally Navison ERP (Business Central)
