As part of a job creation linked to our development, we are looking for an Administrative and Financial Manager (RAF) to ensure the operational management of the financial and administrative function, in a multi-entity context, including our international subsidiaries.
Your responsibilities:
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a strategic, cross-functional role in the organization. Your main responsibilities include:
Accounting and financial supervision:
- Coordination of general, auxiliary and cost accounting for the entire scope (including international subsidiaries).
- Coordination of monthly and annual closings, validation of financial statements
- Review of accounts, closing analyses, relations with CAC and tax authorities
- Intra-group re-invoicing and consolidated reporting
Treasury :
- Daily monitoring of cash position, preparation of short- and medium-term forecasts
- Transfers, analysis of cash flows and financing requirements
- Reporting and management control
- Preparation of financial dashboards, performance analysis
- Joint management control with the financial analyst
- Budget monitoring, forecast revisions
- Administrative and legal management
- Monitoring of buildings, vehicle fleet, contracts and general meetings
- Legal monitoring and control of litigation
Management and coordination:
- Management of the chief accountant, the financial analyst, the consolidation manager and the Roussilhe accounting team.
- Allocation and coordination of tasks, support in upgrading skills
Team support :
- Interface with HR, sales, production departments, etc.
- Support for operational staff in financial analysis and budget monitoring
Profile required
- BAC+4/5 in finance, accounting or management
- 5 to 8 years' proven experience in accounting, auditing or financial control
- Team management skills
- Good command of management tools (Navision is a plus)
- Excellent knowledge of finance, accounting, taxation and business law
- Professional English required
- Analytical skills, rigor, ability to summarize and good interpersonal skills
