Your missions - Ensure clear, flawless vision
1. Guarantor of compliance and standards
- Update technical documents and certificates of conformity for our lenses and frames.
- Manage UDIDI (Unique Device Identification) codes for our products.
- Keep abreast of regulatory standards to anticipate changes and guarantee their implementation.
- Manage certifications in collaboration with our suppliers and internal teams.
- Meet the compliance requirements of key accounts and international markets.
2. Perfect our quality processes
- Develop and improve quality processes throughout the production chain, from laboratory testing to distribution.
- Carry out regular quality controls on our stocks, in our laboratories and on the production site to guarantee product perfection.
- Analyze customer returns (after-sales service) and propose corrective actions to improve lens and frame quality.
- Supervise the management of anomalies and ensure rigorous follow-up using internal tools.
- Conduct quality audits at our suppliers' sites and within our teams to guarantee "defect-free" products.
3. Take part in a sustainable and innovative approach
- Get involved in our CSR projects (Ecovadis, Bilan Carbone, Bcorp), helping to make our eyewear more environmentally friendly.
- Track the indicators of our sustainable impact strategy and make continuous improvements.

Your profile - A precise vision and a rigorous approach
Technical skills :
- 3/5 years' higher education in quality, engineering or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in the optical industry or a technical sector.
- Expertise in regulatory standards and quality processes for optical products.
- Proven experience in certifications and audits.
- Fluent English, essential for international collaboration.

- Analytical thinking and clear problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on approach, ready to intervene in the field to ensure uncompromising products.
